Clean and renewable energy can generate enough power for many countries. Germany and Argentina have gained so much from renewable power specifically wind power. Now, Denmark confirmed that last Wednesday, they met all their power needs through their wind energy as stated by WindEurope.

WindEurope said the produced energy from offshore and onshore wind was enough to power 10 million EU households.

The country was able to produce 27 gigawatt-hours from offshore wind and 70 gigawatt-hours through onshore last February 23. According to WindEurope, this was not the first time Denmark achieved renewable energy proficiency. 2015 provided several big days for wind energy. By the end of 2015, 1271 megawatts of offshore and 3779 megawatts of onshore wind turbines.
