Foresight Solar Fund Limited Will Take Major Share in 110 Megawatts Solar Farm

The Foresight Group has acquired a majority stake on the 110 megawatts Bannerton Solar Project in Victoria. The firm will take 48.5% stake in the said solar project as reported by PV-Tech.

This will be the firm’s first overseas investment and acquisition, thus expanding the company’s portfolio by 11% in capacity and totaling 20 assets with a combined power generation of 528 megawatts. The planned solar project once operational will be connected to the grid by July 2018.
