The Indian energy giant Adani will build a 175 megawatt solar farm later this year after getting the development approval from the Isaac Regional Council as reported by The Australian Financial Review.
Adani is the largest solar energy producer in India producing 800 megawatts capacity. They are diversifying their energy portfolio by investing in Australia with a plan to develop 1,500 megawatts of renewable projects in the next 5 years.
