Work to be Done Before Tasmania Reaches Full Renewable Energy by 2022

Tasmania’s current renewable attributes include:

  • 93% of power in Tasmania is renewable, predominantly from hydro power.
  • New wind farms will add 7% to renewable generation in the state, expected to be up by 2020 so Tasmania can meet its 2022 goal.
